英検準2級・二次試験の点数を落とさないコツ
面接は「正解を当てる」よりも、「英語でやり取りを続ける」ことが大事です。
ここでは、減点を避けて点を取りにいくための最低限のコツをまとめます。
【全体】沈黙はNG 単語でも話す
沈黙が続くのは避けたいポイントです。
文にならなくても、まずは何か言うことが大切です。
- 間違っていても、とにかく口を動かす
- 単語だけでも言う
- 何も言えず止まる状態を作らない
No.1：by doing so / in this way の直前が答え
No.1は、文章内の by doing so / in this way を目印にします。
答えはその直前にあります。
- まず by doing so / in this way を探す
- 見つけたら、その直前の文を答えに使う
No.2：現在進行形で3つ言う
No.2は、絵の中の行動を現在進行形で言います。
最低3つを目標にします。
- A man / A woman / A boy / A girl を主語にする
- is / are + 〜ing の形で言う
- 3つ以上言う
No.3：2文で説明する（吹き出しの中＋外）
No.3は、2文で作ります。吹き出しの中と、外の状況を分けて言うイメージです。
- 1文目：したいこと（吹き出しの中）
- 2文目：理由や状況（吹き出しの外）
No.4：一般論で答える（Iを使わない）
No.4は「自分の話」ではなく、一般的な意見を聞かれるパートです。
主語は I を避けます。
- Students / People / They で答える
- 自分の事情（私は〜）にしない
No.5：困ったら I like ～. It makes me happy.
No.5は自分のことを話してOKです。
理由に迷ったら、止まらないための型を使います。

聞き返しで便利な言い回し
質問が聞き取れなかったときは、黙るより聞き返したほうが安全です。
自然に1回聞き返す形で使います。
- Pardon?（えっ、もう一度いいですか？）
- Could you say that again?（もう一度言ってください）
- Could you speak more slowly?（もう少しゆっくり話してください）
考える時間を作る言い回し
すぐに答えが出ないときは、無言にならないために「考えています」を英語で言います。
短く入れるだけで間が作れます。
- Let me see…（ええと…）
- That is a difficult question…（難しい質問ですね…）
- How should I say…（どう言えばいいかな…）
理由づけに便利な言い回し（convenient / helpful など）
理由を2文で言うときは、便利な単語を入れると作りやすくなります。
convenient / helpful などはそのまま使えます。
- It is convenient.（便利です）
- It is helpful.（役に立ちます）
- It saves time.（時間の節約になります）
- It makes life easier.（生活が楽になります）
- It is interesting.（おもしろいです）
- It is good for their health.（健康に良いです）
